Accreditation is based of the receipt of proofs of your coverage of TheBestCity.UA 2013 in your affiliations.
Writes a query to the Press Office of the Festival and we will provide all necessary materials. In order to apply for the press accreditation, send it to: press@thebestcity.ua with a mark «Accreditation / your affiliation / your city».
Press Office THE BEST CITY.UA will accept applications for accreditation until July 1. You will be notified of the result in 5 days.
PRINT AND ONLINE MEDIA accreditation:
Not more than 2 people.
Accreditation requirement: announcement of the festival in the affiliation and submit of the link or scanned page via email.
TV accreditation:
Not more than 3 people.
Accreditation requirement: announcement of the festival in the affiliation and submit of the video or link to it via email.
RADIO accreditation:
1 person only
Accreditation requirement: announcement of the festival in the affiliation and submit of the audio proof or link to it via email.
PHOTO AND VIDEO accreditation:
1 person only
Accreditation requirement: by agreement with organizers
BLOGGERS accreditation:
1 person only
Accreditation requirement: announcement of the festival in your blog and blog statistics.
ATTENTION!!!
The Press Office will be working during the all festival’s days.
Press badges will be available directly after your arrival during registration on the first day of the festival.
Please note:
Accredited photographer should submit all the material from the festival during TheBestCity.UA 2013. The festival’s crew have the right to the unlimited quantity of publications of the given photo material specifying the author.
The Press Office asks you to send printed or audiovisual proof(s) of your TheBestCity.UA coverage within 7 days after the festival. Please submit the given materials to the Press-service via e-mail (links, videos, audio or the scanned pages) and via online storages.
